Total Running Time: 1h 32m 22s

Notes:
One half has a timecode & "Bill Graham Presents" written on the screen; the other half does not, but is of lesser quality.

0:00:00 to 0:52:38 - Timecoded
0:52:38 to 1:32:22 - No Timecode

Cover art states 120 minutes.  DVD actually only last approximately 92 minutes.
The sound fluctuates on occasions; bassy in places; trebly in others; sometimes distorted.
The timecoded footage is from a different source to that of the Mad Raving Stark version; the actual timecode is different.  The un-timecoded section may or may not be from the same source.
There is more of an intro on the HiWatt version (approximately 9 seconds more).  The timecode on the HiWatt version is less obstrusive on the screen.  Mad Raving Stark's version has MPEG-1 Layer 2 audio (48khz, 384kbps); HiWatt's version is AC3 (48khz, 448kbps). HiWatt's version includes some of "Christmas" and all of "The Acid Queen"; Mad Raving Stark's version does not have any footage of "Christmas" at all and cuts in during "The Acid Queen".
The non-timecoded footage is better in video quality on the HiWatt version.  The timecoded footage is only slightly better on the HiWatt version, however with the timecode being less obtrusive it is nicer to watch.  The audio is richer/louder on the Mad Raving Stark version, but from an audiophile point of view, not necessarily better.
